Did you know that in 1855 Charles Darwin visited all the 13 islands of Galapagos? During its visit here he noted that in each of the 13 island live different and unique species of finch. He concluded that all coming from a single species and the specific species appeared because of the specific medium of life.

Based on these evidences Darwin published in 1859 the work “Origin of species” that had generated great controversy at that time.

For preparing your travel is good to know that the average temperature is 27ºC and to avoid the months February to April that are the rainiest.

– Do not go far from the landmarks during your trip; the ecosystem is very fragile and you can damage it.

– From the same reason do not touch the animals.

– As you cannot travel alone to the islands, it is indicated to choose a small boats for the trip in order to get a more private experience.
